What is the Grae Hwangtopia SL?

It is an eco-friendly product produced by mixing high-quality loess with a binder fired with hydroponic natural mineral at high temperature and natural silica. It is the only self-sewn floor finishing material that has passed the standard of radon and thoron in Korea and is an eco-friendly product that anyone can use easily.

Characteristics

1. An eco-friendly material that does not contain any general toxic cement.
2. The strength development is fast, so follow-up work is possible after 24 hours. (In case of 20℃ room temperature or higher)
3. Excellent final strength and low crack occurrence.
4. Far-infrared rays are emitted, and in the case of wall coating, it has moisture control, deodorization, and antibacterial and antifungal effects.

Construction method

Construction order Clean the surface before construction and apply a sufficient amount of water-based grae primer-S to the floor. According to the recommended water ratio, first put water in the mixer container, slowly add ocher coating material, and mix for more than 5 minutes. Plastering is applied after repairing, and in the case of floors, it must be done within 20 minutes. Recommended water ratiot: 18-20%

Precautions

Refrain from construction at temperatures below 4℃, above 32℃ and humidity above 85%. Refrain from construction if there is a lot of rain, snowfall, and wind or dust. Excessive water input causes quality deterioration, so observe the water ratio. This product is for non-exposure use.
