Construction & Precautions
Construction method
– Ground cleaning: Before work, oil, dust, mold and various contaminants are cleaned and the paint part is thoroughly removed.
– Primer work: Sufficiently apply our primer to increase adhesion to the base surface and prevent dryness
– When bonding insulation
Measure 26-28% (6-7L/bag) of water compared to the powder and add the powder mortar slowly and stir thoroughly with a blender.
Insulation is attached by placing a trowel and additionally in several places, but over 40% of the adhesive surface is applied.
The thickness of the adhesive mortar can be changed according to the site conditions, and the surface is flat by pressing the insulation material.
– During mesh impregnation
Measure 26-28% (6-7L/bag) of water compared to the powder and add the powder mortar slowly and stir thoroughly with a blender.
– At the time of mesh impregnation (Grae impregnation -Q)
Measure water 32-34% (21-22L/25kg powder mortar + 40kg cement) compared to the powder and put it in After stirring 40kg of cement, slowly add powder mortar and stir it sufficiently with an electric blender.
At this time, if further reduction of construction is required, up to 2 powder mortar can be mixed with 1 cement bag.
